Nel 1949, Lancôme fondatore Armand Petitjean chiesto al suo direttore artisticoGeorge Delhomme per creare una bottiglia per simboleggiare l'aura di donne che di indefinibile "je ne sais quoi" che emana tale splendore ... Dopo molti schizzi, GeorgesDelhomme finalmente catturato la quintessenza di la felicità: la grazia di un sorriso in qualche modo tagliato in vetro. Questo progetto sarebbe rimanere a lungo negli archiviLancôme ...
Intitolata "Le sourire de cristal" ("Il sorriso di cristallo"), più di 63 anni dopo, finalmenteassume il suo pieno significato con "La vie est belle".Reinterpretata in un'estetica contemporanea risolutamente, è stato creato a immagine di una donna libera e felice. Sorprendente e unico. Ci è voluto più di un anno per raggiungere l'impossibile e la quadratura del cerchio: creare l'impronta arrotondata di un sorriso al centro di un quadrato di cristallo. Un anno per perfezionare la sua formacurva e delicatamente femminile, a tagliare i suoi angoli sfaccettati e farla vivere. Il tocco finale di raffinatezza: un grigio nastro di organza perlati è legato intorno al collo,che formano le ali gemelle di libertà.
 Lancome ha deciso di catturare la felicità e di racchiuderla in questo adorabile profumo...
è un vero e proprio inno alla vita e alla ricerca della felicità, è il trionfo dell’essere sull’apparire e di una visione della vita positiva. Un anno fa mi legai a questa fragranza e non mi separai più =)
sono presenti note di ribes nero e pera, ha un cuore di fiore di iris, gelsomino e arancio e un’avvolgente coda di fava tonka, vaniglia, pralina e patchouli indonesiano...è eccezzionale bastano pochi spruzzi al mattino perché duri fino a sera ..lascia il segno e fa iniziare bene la giornata .. è la fragranza della felicità =)
